Acterra’s Student Ambassador Program Coordinator Intern

Acterra’s Student Ambassador Program (ASAP) is looking for a program coordinator intern!
The candidate must be a high school graduate or currently enrolled in university, and would be responsible for aiding the education team in managing the ASAP program. ASAP is a youth leadership and empowerment program focused on giving high school students in the Bay Area the tools they need to become community organizers in the environmental and climate change space. The candidate chosen would be mentoring high school students remotely, facilitating meetings, and helping with the overall execution of the program. 

5-10 hours/week, availability in the evenings, M-F, hybrid. 

Qualifications:
Must be a high school graduate or currently enrolled in university
Must be available in the evenings
Currently or previously involved in student clubs or community organization and mobilization
Experience leading groups of people 
Experience in the environmental and climate change space within the Bay Area
Proficiency with Zoom, G Suite, and Canva
Experience with outreach and networking
