Every Second Thursday of the month, the Bell-Brown family opens their doors to showcase their electrified home and its many climate-friendly features. Attendees will have the chance to view:

• An all-electric, two-bedroom ADU ( Tour is of the exterior only – ADU is newly completed!)
• Induction cooktop
• Electric HVAC system (heat pump heating and cooling)
• Heat pump water heater
• EV charging setup and electric vehicles
• Additional green home upgrades and water- and energy-saving features

You’ll have the chance to ask questions, hear firsthand why and how the Bell-Brown family made their sustainable choices, and gain practical tips on appliance selection, contractor experiences, and rebates or incentives that can make green living more affordable.
