Electric Home Tour

Welcome to the 2025 Green@Home Tour in the Bay Area

Acterra is excited to announce our Green@Home Tour 2025! This year's tours will showcase a range of electrified and sustainable homes in the East Bay neighborhoods. Participants will have the opportunity to see climate-friendly, electrified homes,  providing a closer look at sustainable living solutions.

At the Green@Home Tour, our mission is to empower Bay Area residents to make informed decisions about how to reduce carbon foot print in the home by switching from gas to electric, and numerous other ways. Buildings that burn fossil fuels contribute significantly to greenhouse gas emissions, and by upgrading your home to electric appliances and incorporating sustainable features, you can play a crucial role in combating climate change.

Currently, we are looking for enthusiastic tour hosts who have implemented green and electrification measures in their homes and are ready to share their experiences with the community.

Please note that additional green features (ex: water conservation, native gardens, composting) are not required, but are a welcome addition to the tour.

The East Bay tour is scheduled for June 7th, 2025. This event is a great opportunity to showcase your electric home installations and green features to fellow East Bay neighbors interested in climate-friendly homes.
