Welcome to the 2025 East Bay Green@Home Tour

Acterra is thrilled to present the 2025 East Bay Green@Home Tour! This year’s tour will feature a diverse range of sustainaible homes, giving participants an up-close look at both fully and partially electrified households and additional sustainable features.

Our mission is to empower residents with the knowledge and inspiration to reduce emissions in their homes, through electrification or sustainable features. Buildings that burn fossil fuels are a major source of greenhouse gas emissions, and switching to electric appliance is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint.

We’re currently looking for passionate tour hosts in the East Bay who have embraced electrification and are eager to share their experiences with neighbors and the community. If you’ve reduced your homes carbon footprint through electrification or sustainable features, we’d love to have your home on the tour!

Volunteer Your Electrified Home for Our Next East Bay Green@Home Tour!

Acterra is seeking tour hosts who have low emission homes to volunteer for the 2025 East Bay Green@Home Tour. If you have converted at least two or three major appliances in your home from gas to electricity and are ready to showcase your home to the public, please complete the form below.

This tour is scheduled for June 7, 2025. This event is a great opportunity to highlight your sustainable home upgrades to fellow East Bay neighbors interested in combating climate change.

2. Your home should be located in the East Bay.

3. Be in attendance throughout the event on June 7th, 12 PM - 4PM, to answer questions from visitors. Please note that we will have volunteers to support homeowners.

4. Join a virtual kick off meeting before June 7th.
